  • My saber is not turning on, charging or is experiencing some kind of issue?
    The first thing we recommend doing when your saber is experiencing any issues, is removing the battery for 30 seconds. This will allow the saber to do a hard reset. After doing this please try to charge or turn on the saber. If this does not work or you have any questions please reach out to our support team at Support@ImperialWorkshop.com Please keep your order number and any relevant information regarding your order handy.
  • Can I purchase replacement parts for my saber?
    Absolutely. We offer a range of replacement parts, including blades, cores, and more. You can find these parts in our Repair Parts & Cores section.
  • Why did I get charged but the order didn't go through?
    If the payment is marked as "Pending" then the order did not successfully go through. The pending balance should be returned within 1-3 business days. We recommend contacting your card issuer for more information about why the transaction was declined.
